The People behind oursBrands
Jan Bredack
The visionary behind Veganz
Jan Bredack is not your typical food entrepreneur. The former manager from the automotive industry underwent a radical change - both professionally and personally. After years in a performance-orientated industry, he decided to take a new path: one that is in line with his values of sustainability and plant-based nutrition.
His entrepreneurial instinct and conviction made him a pioneer of the vegan movement. With Veganz, he set an example that conscious consumption is not only possible, but also forward-looking. Jan Bredack thinks big, acts pragmatically and remains approachable - an entrepreneur who not only demands change, but lives it himself.
Tom Raviv
The pioneer behind MILLIWAYS
Tom Raviv is a doer who didn't just recognise a gap in the market - he filled it with a clear vision. Always fascinated by sustainability and innovation, he realised that even everyday items such as chewing gum leave a large ecological footprint. But instead of accepting this, he looked for a better solution.
He is driven by his entrepreneurial instinct and determination. He thinks not only in terms of products, but also in terms of sustainable change. Tom tackles challenges head on, brings people together and sets new standards in an industry that has long known little change. What drives him? To leave something behind that not only works, but also makes a real difference.
Mark Green and Sean Mason
The brains behind Two Farmers
Mark Green is a second generation farmer with deep roots in the Herefordshire region. For years, he has dreamed of creating something special from his own potatoes - a product that reflects the quality and character of his homeland. Sean Mason, also a farmer and potato merchant, shared this passion. With a strong awareness of sustainability, he looked for innovative ways to harmonise agriculture and environmental protection.
Over a beer together in the pub, the two decided to turn their dream into reality. They founded Two Farmers Crisps - not only to produce premium handmade crisps, but also to set an example for sustainable packaging and local ingredients. Their aim was to capture the authentic flavour of Herefordshire in every bag - with ingredients straight from the field and packaging that is biodegradable. The result was a shared vision of a brand that combines enjoyment and responsibility.
