1. scope of application
All deliveries and services of the online shop www.snacky.ch are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of healthy & snacky ag, hereinafter referred to as GTC.

2. prizes
All prices under www.snacky.ch are shown in CHF (Swiss francs) and include the statutory value added tax of 2.6%. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3rd order
Order around the clock. As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. By sending your order, a legally valid purchase contract is concluded and you accept the general terms and conditions of healthy & snacky ag with your purchase. If a product is not available, healthy & snacky ag is not obliged to fulfil its obligations. In principle, there is no right to return products.

4. minimum order value
healthy & snacky ag has no minimum order value. In order to cover the costs incurred for picking and packing, we charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 15.00 for orders under CHF 30.00. Excluded from the small quantity surcharge are the snackyTasters - your individual tasting box at a preferential price.

5. postage gift
healthy & snacky ag does NOT charge postage. Our gift to you!

6. delivery
You will usually receive your delivery 4 to 5 working days after placing your order via ExpressPost AG, Swiss Post or DHL. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. No deliveries on national, regional or local public holidays.

7. delivery limitation
The online shop www.snacky.ch is only available to customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service on +41 44 775 70 20 and we will be happy to help you.

8. terms of payment
Payment options are available via TWINT or credit card.

9. freshness guarantee
We offer our private customers a freshness guarantee of at least 30 days (excluding "too good to go" items). B2B customers by arrangement. With the best-before date (BBD), we guarantee that the product will retain its specific properties at least until the specified date if stored correctly. However, food is usually still edible weeks and months after the best-before date.

10. complaints
Your satisfaction is important to us and our customer service team will always endeavour to find the best possible solution. If you have a reason for complaint, please let us know within 48 hours at email@snacky.ch or by telephone on +41 44 775 70 20. Subsequent deliveries, exchanges, returns or price reductions will only be made if the complaint is justified.

11. transport damage
Complaints due to transport damage must be made by the customer directly to the transport company within the period specified and healthy & snacky ag must also be informed. healthy & snacky ag accepts no liability for transport damage not caused by its own fault.

12. data protection
Your personal data will be used exclusively by healthy & snacky ag and will not be passed on to third parties.

13. final provisions
The contract language is German.

Should some points of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Errors in product descriptions and prices are reserved. These GTC are subject to Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is 8953 Dietikon.
