Our Virtuosa of Strategy & Success (and often in between!) leads snacky with heart and soul, passion and a great sense of humour! She challenges and encourages her dream team and is not afraid of a challenge, no matter how wild things get!
Gabriela is passionate about spending her free time on the golf course - preferably under the warm Mediterranean sun - always with a selection of snacky bars in her bag, of course.
With her flair for trends, people and enjoyment, she always keeps snacky on the road to success - stylish, charming and in a great mood!
Nicola Tavella
Chief Snack Officer, snackyian from the very beginning
Nicola, our master of all trades, pulls the strings when it comes to specific key account projects, purchasing and quality standards/food safety. With his keen eye, a great sense of humour and a keen instinct for the right solution, he brings BigBites and the spicy seasoning to everyday snacky life!
Nicola is often on a worldwide journey of discovery to track down the next snacky highlights, our bites and trend pioneer on a secret mission in markets and productions. What's next?
Whether at the pool table, behind the wheel of his vintage Alfa Romeo or cooking, Nicola loves flavour and quality. The olive oil from his own olive trees is the icing on the cake for every dish.

Between strategy, customers and sport. With his market and customer intuition paired with charismatic charm, Luc brings many a ball into the goal for snacky! As a business expert, he combines facts with instinct and ensures that snacky not only continues to grow, but also stays crispy!
In his free time, Luc is just as determined: whether playing volleyball, hiking with his better half or tracking his vital signs - he lives the perfect mix of exercise, enjoyment and balance.
Sophie Müller
Snack-Powered Sales Excellence Ninja
Nothing works at snacky without Sophie - she keeps the day-to-day business firmly in her hands and ensures that everything runs smoothly. With her organisational talent, she brings dynamism to sales and inspires customers and colleagues alike.
Sophie is also constantly on the move in her private life: Whether jogging, swimming or salsa dancing - rhythm and joie de vivre are her constant companions. She loves discovering new cultures, experiencing culinary adventures and spending time with family and friends.

Crunch & Curiosity Commander
Natasa always keeps a watchful eye on the market and tracks down new, suitable products to enrich our portfolio. She not only keeps an eye on trends, but also liaises with our suppliers. With her structured and analytical approach, she maintains an overview even in complex situations.
When she's not analysing products or researching markets, Natasa likes to spend her time with her family and enjoy little adventures in her free time.

Food Trends & Flavour Detective
With a keen sense for food and drink trends, Kerstin travels the world in search of tomorrow's products. Behind every good snack is an even better story, and it's precisely these she finds.
Organised, focused, and always with a witty remark ready.
In her private life, Kerstin prefers to be on the move rather than on the sofa – whether cycling or training her dog Uma. And because moving is known to make you hungry, healthy snacks for two- and four-legged friends are, of course, never far away.
Simone Schön
Call & Crunch Consultant
With her warm personality and expertise, Simone is the first point of contact for all questions concerning our HORECA customers, the product range, and orders. New customers, new products, and new channels – the crazier the challenge, the more she becomes a rocket, ideally fuelled by our acao Energy Drink.
Outside of work, she enjoys extensive hikes in nature or bakes with passion – her delicious cakes are highly coveted by the team!
Susanna Goting
Peanuts & Profit Master
Family person with a sense of balance and numbers!
Susanna loves keeping track of our accounts and managing our Peanuts with calm and a keen eye for the essentials. Her daughter is her pride and joy, and spending time with her family is particularly important to her. Susanna enjoys travelling, discovering new places and relaxing with a good book. A balanced diet is important to her - not as a compulsion, but because she likes to eat consciously and enjoyably.
Ikonija Filipovic
Crunch Chaos & Snack Co-ordinator
For Ikonija, things can't be varied enough. She supports daily operations, manages our social media channels, and pitches in wherever help is needed. In her free time, she loves collecting new experiences: spontaneous weekend trips, bike tours reaching France, or discovering new cities are just as much a part of her life as a cosy cinema evening. Family and friends mean a lot to her, as long as nobody steals her coconut bar...
Pu Rüegsegger
Curator of Munch & Sip Delights
Pu, our Degu Queen, always keeps a watchful eye to ensure that every potential product - whether in-house or on the tasting panel - is put through its paces. Flavour is king, of course, but Pu knows that the look, smell, texture and many other secret ingredients also make up the real magic. She makes sure that every snacky product not only tastes good, but also delights - from the first nose to the last bite.
And in your free time? THAT is Pu's free time, because she is a Master Chef of Asian Kitchen!
Dieter Rüegsegger
Versatile Operations-Hero
Since his retirement, he simply can't sit still - luckily for snacky! As our reliable chauffeur and man for all occasions, he not only ensures that our products arrive safely at our customers' premises on special assignments, but also that a helping hand is always on hand.
When he's not on the road for snacky, Dieter literally takes off: as a passionate glider pilot, he spends a lot of time on the airfield and enjoys the freedom above the clouds. We are delighted to have such a versatile and humorous company hero on board!
